- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Bank Transfers,

- We are sorry, but we are unable to process C.O.D. orders at this time.
If you are in the continental U.S., your item(s) will be shipped ground via
FedEx with insurance included. If you are outside of the continental U.S., your
address is a P.O. Box, or an APO/FPO we will ship via USPS. When your item ships,
usually the next business day, you will be emailed the tracking number.
- Expediting Shipping:
- Unless it is obvious by your ship to address, we assume all addresses
are residential and ship your item(s) via FedEx Home Delivery. If your address
is a commercial location, this can cause a delay in receiving your item(s)
of several days. If your ship to address is a commercial location, please
let us know so we can avoid the delay. If you live in a rural area, it is
also a good idea to send your telephone number along with your payment so
we can pass it along to FedEx. They will be able to call you if they have
a delivery problem. International Shipping: Due to cost and legal issues,
- Shipping Claims:
- All claims for lost or damaged goods must be made within ten days of
the date the item was shipped, we typically ship the next business day after
payment was received.
McGrath Electronics will gladly accept merchandise returns and will replace
the product or refund your money at our option. Please note that used items
may not have a replacement. In which case, you will be issued a refund. Please
note shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

- All returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date and be accompanied
by a copy of the original invoice.
- Return freight charge must be prepaid. Sorry, C.O.D. returns can not

- Parts Lists, Schematics, and Software are non-refundable.
- Please note that parts returned due to customer error may be subjected
to a restocking charge.

Products manufactured by McGrath Electronics that prove to be defective
within one year of purchase will be replaced or repaired. McGrath
Electronics sole obligation for products not manufactured by us that prove
to be defective within 30 days of purchase will be replaced or refunded
at our discretion. Shipping charges are not refundable. McGrath
Electronics gives no warranty either expressed or implied and specifically
disclaims all other warranties, including warranties for merchantability
and fitness. In no event shall McGrath Electronics' liability
exceed the buyer's purchase price nor shall McGrath Electronics be liable
for any indirect or consequential damages.
This warranty does not apply to products, which have been subject to
misuse, neglect, accident, modification, or acts of God.
