McGrath Electronics will gladly accept merchandise returns and will replace
the product or refund your money at our option. Please note that used items
may not have a replacement. In which case, you will be issued a refund.

Products manufactured by McGrath Electronics that prove to be defective
within one year of purchase will be replaced or repaired. McGrath
Electronics sole obligation for products not manufactured by us that
prove to be defective within 30 days of purchase will be replaced or
refunded at our discretion. Shipping charges are not refundable.
McGrath Electronics gives no warranty either expressed or implied and
specifically disclaims all other warranties, including warranties for
merchantability and fitness. In no event shall McGrath Electronics'
liability exceed the buyer's purchase price nor shall McGrath Electronics
