This is a used Polycom model SPS-12-015-24 UL Listed AC to DC Adapter/Power
Supply, part number 1465-42340-001. This power supply originally came with a
Polycom SoundPoint IP550 IP telephone. It will also work with other models.
The ac input cord and the dc output cord are both approximately 6 feet long.
The center pin is positive and the outer sleeve is negative.
Before purchasing this item please make sure it is the correct power supply
for your application as the wrong one could damage your unit. If you have any
