We took over C.R. Designs website because of weak search engine rankings
and numerous problems with their shopping cart. The pages were dynamic
redirects of the home page (I.E. index.php?subpage) which caused many broken
links and confused the search engines. There were also problems with cross browser
compatibility, the site did not function properly with I.E. and had layout
issues in Firefox. The original website was designed by Computer Specialists,
Inc. using Joomla which is a very poor choice for shopping cart sites since
it is not fully customizable.
We moved this site to a server that supports ASP.NET, fixed the shopping
cart code, created individual pages to minimize the dynamic redirects, and submitted
the site to the major search engines. To simplify the management of the Design
Galleries and Photo Gallery pages, we have backend pages that allow Chad to
make changes to the categories and pictures easily anytime he likes.
We provide web hosting, email hosting, and DNS hosting on our servers. Our
on going search engine optimization (SEO) services include monitoring their
traffic with Google Analytics and making whatever changes are necessary to the
page content to keep their site ranked well.
